More progress...

Things continue to move at a rapid pace in our backyard.  In the last five days progress has continued.  I am so thankful to see changes each day, I just can't wait to be able to "nest" in the new space!  A few pictures from this week...
"Beefing" up the front post

Screened porch...without the screens

Shower!

Let's recap where we are in the process.

Foundation...check.
Framing...check
Roof and shingles...check.
Plumbing...check.
Electrical...check.

Screened porch...built all but the "screens".
HVAC...in progress.
Windows...should be installed today.Siding...will be finished as soon as the windows are installed.
Insulation and sheetrock...slated to start Friday or Monday.

Coco and I spent some time this past weekend considering paint colors for the interior and exterior of our house.  My head is swimming...have I mentioned decisions have become EXTREMELY difficult for me these days?  Poor Coco, he is so wonderfully patient.

More to come!

what did you decide about liming? i looked it up on younghouselove.com and think that is the way to go!

I'm interested in the liming as well. However, I'm thinking we'll probably end up painting because we will want the house to appear the same color when you approach it on the street. If it were brick on all 4 sides, I would definitely try it as the house on younghouselove.com looks unbelievable.

here is the link if anyone's interested...very neat...

and if anyone needs any furniture, make sure to check out jcpenney.com They have some stuff that's very similar to pottery barn, that's much, much cheaper.
